I'm a very traditional, old school style Rolfer. My teacher was Dr. Rolf's first teacher she trained, so I'm very close to the original lineage of this technique. Although Rolfing's primary goal is improved posture and alignment, almost everybody reports changes in their long term chronic pain. But really, I'm one of the best bodyworkers in the Bay.
