This is my first time at a chiropractor. This place makes me feel comfortable. I came in with a lot of anxiety and the doctor was really friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. The front desk ladies are also very nice and helpful. I’m very glad that I am getting treatment here.

Dr. Vince loves what she does! You walk in the office and automatically feel welcomed. Everyone is professional, caring and knows what they are doing. She has been in Marin for over 30 years and that says something. I highly recommend her and her team.

Love Elena Vince! I was referred to her even though I didn't really like going to chiropractors, and I have been returning for the last 10 years. I went to her for tinnitus which is ringing in my ears. Being aligned also got rid of a neuroma on my foot so I didn't have to go back to the podiatrist and get a cortisone shot! She has continued to help me. When I have a problem with my feet or back she immediately helps me. I feel so fortunate that I found her!
