Growing up, there was never a day that I wasn't outside playing either sports or some activity. Mix in that my mom was a Nurse and it left me with a fascination of movement and the medical field. I was born in rural Illinois so I come as Midwestern nice and have lots of jargon I picked up along the way. My goal is to always help you understand what's going on, why it's going on, and establish a working plan for us to work through whatever barrier we have in our way.When you've been practicing for over a decade and feel like you can do a better job than what you've seen, you open up your own clinic during a global pandemic right? Well that's how essentially Modern Movement Clinic came to be.

We specialize in endurance athletes but have the skill to assess anyone with a beating heart which is why we get so many ortho referrals as they trust us to give the client the attention they deserve. We take our knowledge of an endless amount of continuing education, what the latest research, and our clinical experience to provide you with a workable approach for marrying active rehab/exercise and passive therapies like shockwave, dry needling, and tissue or joint mobilizations.
