After a really stressful week I came in for a massage with Erica to help me release all the tension in my neck and shoulders. Erica is a an expert at locating exactly which muscles to concentrate on. Her pressure and technique is perfect! We ended the massage with Erica stretching my upper body - that's what is exactly what my body needed. I highly recommend Erica's services to anyone needing a massage!
