I have had the privilege of being under Maywell Health's care for almost a year now. Every appointment, procedure, symptom, or concern I've had has been addressed by Dr. Mayrsohn with compassion, urgency, and competence. I was a diagnosed with an incredibly rare syndrome that most physicians have not even heard of or do not understand. Many of them would not take me on as a patient. I was met with scrutiny and disbelief while navigating an extremely painful condition and fighting to find a surgical team that would operate. Maywell Health has been with me through every step of this journey since I was lucky enough to find the practice. Dr. Mayrsohn and his team, especially Rebecca, have gone above and beyond every time I've interacted with them. I would not have been able to get the incredibly rare and complex surgery I required without their help and referrals. Even while dealing with terrifying post-op complications, Maywell has been there. I've been in and out of the hospital after surgery and the team has been so caring and supportive throughout the process. They have gone out of their way countless times to ensure I'm comfortable at home while waiting on next steps to correct the post-op issues. Having a pain management team that is so loyal and so caring has made a world of difference in my every day life. Dr Mayrsohn is a great listener and very compassionate. I am dealing with chronic pain all my life. After the new pns device is inserted near my nerve, the pain decreases by 80%, and Dr Mayrsohn makes sure that I have enough time from work to heal. Even though I wasn't happy that I wasn't going back to work as soon as possible, He was on top with the paperwork. He does care about his patients a lot.
