Dr. Kristan was led to a profession in chiropractic after being involved in a serious car accident at the age of seventeen. When other doctors told her that she would require surgery and may still be in a wheelchair by the age of thirty, she began to explore other options. That is when she discovered chiropractic. Her chiropractic physician took the time to explain everything that was happening and asked her to participate in her healthcare decisions and treatment. Not only was she able to avoid surgery and stay out of a wheelchair, but by the next year she was working on an ambulance as an EMT. She was able to serve her community as a paramedic and fire fighter while she worked her way through college. She was in EMS until 2018. She is passionate about giving back to our first responders and veterans.

Dr. Kristan takes an individualized, whole-body approach to conservative care. Dr. Kristan is a board certified chiropractic physician who enjoys working with pregnant women, persons with TMJ issues, student athletes, first responders, and veterans. She also offers nutritional counseling, diet plans, injury prevention and rehabilitation, dietary supplementation, kinesiotaping, and muscle work in addition to chiropractic adjustments using multiple specialized techniques that are tailored to each individuals unique needs.

Dr. Wilson is so incredible to work with. When she heard my daughter was having trouble she recommended a food allergy test that checked 250+ different foods and chemicals. What we discovered was overwhelming, but Kristan's personality and presentation style/bedside manner for walking us through a long list of ingredients was calming. She made it fun for our pre-teen and it felt like we had a partner to support these major changes to our family's diet. She gave us the test results, a tool to help interpret and learn about them, and an app to help make grocery shopping and eating out safely possible again! We have a long road ahead to making these our new normal and memorized, but I feel completely supported and confident we can do it with Dr. Wilson's help!

I recently moved to Hermann and found Dr. Wilson by chance- but what a blessing that was—-She is amazing. I have seen here for my back and I also tried acupuncture for a foot problem I have had for years. With her help, it is basically non- existent. I recently had a back injury right before a big trip and she made sure to get me in a couple times that week so I would be pain-free for my trip. She is a gem in our little town of hermann! I give her 5 stars plus!
