Hi there! I'm Dr. Lily, and I wanted to introduce myself :) I specialize in adjusting the spine as well as extremities for everyone in the family. I hold a certification with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association for pregnancy adjusting under the Webster Technique. I really enjoy seeing many pregnant moms in the area and their family as well! If you have any questions about chiropractic and pregnancy adjustments please call my office or see our website. I treat a variety of patients from college students to construction workers, both big and small and can provide great relief for structural issues of the body and nervous system. Hope to see you soon!We are a team of two lovely Chiropractors, 2 wonderful Massage Therapists, and a fantastic Office Manager. Opening our doors in 2012, we had a vision to create an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation yet promoting effective techniques in rehabilitating muscular-skeletal disorders.

Dr Lilliana was amazing I had the pleasure of coming to visit her a few times last year and early this year when I was pregnant with my son he did a number in my back I limped into her office and walked out feeling brand new. My son now 6 months is having some neck issues and I’m so happy to read you see babies I will be bringing him in soon. Thank you sooo much!! Highly recommended chiropractor in the Sacramento and surrounding areas

Definitely the best chiropractic care I've ever had. Dr. Lilly and her staff are always kind, polite and give the best experience every single time. My wife and I have been going for a few months now and we don't feel like patients, we feel like friends. Dr. Lilly will absolutely listen to and address your concerns in a way that is thorough and not rushed. Also, Felicia gives a mean message (in a good way) so if you can make room for it, make room for it!
