Live Fit Gym & Wellness Club start in the Mission District on Valencia St in 2006.

 We began as a small Chiropractor’s office that was on a mission: to uplift, support, and provide wellness to the diverse communities of San Francisco. As true San Francisco natives, we grew up in this great city and have grown with all the changes.

 Today, our mission still remains the same. You will find our wellness services integrated at every part of your membership. We want to offer you the ability to experience your most optimized, healthiest, & empowered version of self—inside & out!

We are experts in the intelligent combination of fitness & wellness. Utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach towards health, fitness, & wellness. Unlike other gyms, we consider, care, support, & help you through your pre & post workout recovery. Additionally, as life may have it--sometimes life happens and you need extra support to power through a health challenge or setback. We offer extensive evidence based modalities such as: Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Certified Massage, Softwave Tissue Regeneration Technologies, Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Unlimited Classes, & so much more! Our Arguello location is an iconic, beautifully ornate building with lots of history. 3 stories, shower, large weight room, & more. When you join Live Fit Gym, you're not just a member--you're family. We will help you transform your health & wellness goals into reality.
