My injury adversity came in college. Up until that point, my world was Football, Football, and more Football. I never anticipated an injury would end my career. I went through several months of depression and disappointment. I felt that I let my coaches, my family and my teammates down. Even worse, I felt like I let myself down. I had no college major at that time when I sat with my Academic Advisor. She told me that maybe I should take an anatomy class because she thought it would "keep me around sports". I reluctantly followed her advice which was the beginning of what is now a 10-year career in the physical therapy field. I have been fortunate enough to have gotten the chance to work with some of the nations' most recognized professional athletes, Olympians and Hollywood actors, but honestly the best part of my job is helping you! I still hold a special place in my heart for those that helped me recover and I hope myself and the Live Athletics Team can do that for YOU.Helping Active Adults, Athletes and Youth of Westlake Village Live Fit Pain-Free.
