I feel strong, positive and pleasant vibes everytime I go there from the front desk and then proceed to Dr. Kara McGillivray's room. Feels like family being in good hands. Dr. Kara is so great at listening as to what's bothering me. Before she begins any adjustments she uses her Roller Stick on my back as she tells me, you're so tight. Then she uses the Activator which are quick, low-force impulses to the spine or other joints to correct misalignments plus other issues. The adjustment table is the Drop Table and the impact of the adjustment is almost pain free. That, I love! After a few appointments I found I can lay face down easier on the table and get up compared to the first couple times doing it; that was so painful. I have been a lifetime believer in chiropractic care. How many times have I fallen, twisted or pulled a muscle, lifted something too heavy, shoveled snow, pulled a lawnmower rope more than I should've and heard a noisy sound, slipped on ice, hit the side of my head getting into my car, fallen down a few steps, whiplash from a rear end crash, etc. Yes, we get hurt and often we don't pay attention to it until we really hurt. I am guilty. I am so very thankful to both Dr. Kara McGillivray and her husband, Dr. Greg McGillivray, who are in practice together working on our nervous system that is primary to all parts of our body.
