Our yoga shala & wellness collective is devoted to nurturing community through the healing and creative arts. Steeped in the heart of the yoga tradition we seek to offer a wide variety of depth practices from meditation to yin to devotional vinyasa to kundalini, nidra, and breathwork. We love to create opportunities for connection through potlucks, socials, movie nights, ecstatic dance, bonfires, and game nights. We offer inner work coaching, chiropractic care, health coaching, massage, counseling and 200 hour + 300 hour advanced yoga teacher trainings. All offerings are trauma informed.
