As a Chiropractor my formal training is in advanced posture correction. This is complimented by my whole body approach to healing. I feel that it is important to teach people how to "eat right, move right and think right." I teach that without the most fundamental building blocks in place, optimal health and wellbeing cannot be achieved. My purpose is to educate, inspire, and promote the chiropractic way of life in Cache Valley and the surrounding areas.
