In each session my services consist of Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Manipulation, Silicone or Fire Cupping, Scraping or Rock Blade and Stretching. Holt_Fit Bodywork&Recovery is highly recommended at least every 3-5 weeks to keep your body from aches and pain, especially for athletes or individuals that constantly over use their muscles with daily activities.My name is Safire and I’m a Certified Sports Muscle Therapist and an IASTM MFP Specialist. I completed massage therapy school in 2018 and along the way I’ve expanded my knowledge and service in Bodywork and Recovery. I’ve provided my services to different types of athletes such as MMA fighters, body builders, power lifter and more. My ultimate goal and main focus for each individual is to help manage and alleviate pain in tight and tense areas of your muscles, help to move stagnation to aid in your workout performances, release pressure points and breakup knots that are caused by fascia build up and adhesion. Everything is included in each session, by utilizing all of these different types of techniques and tools it can instantly make a big difference while dropping your pain level significantly. All it takes is one session to greatly improve your mobility and range of motion while being able to perform at your highest level both physically and mentally.
