I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hanks and his amazing team! The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and professional, setting a welcoming and helpful tone for each visit. Dr. Hanks took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and thoroughly explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He was incredibly informative, not only addressing the symptoms I came in with but also helping me understand the underlying causes. I never felt rushed—he made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable with the treatment plan. What really stood out was how much he went out of his way to go above and beyond giving me options, different outcome examples, and allowing me to have a say in my treatment plan. He gave me so many choices but allowed me to feel in control of the number of appointments I wanted, the time I could dedicate, my main goals of coming in, and so on. That level of care and transparency I find is rare and so appreciated. I have had bad experiences with other chiropractic clinics in the area so this was a refreshing experience to say the least! I’m so grateful to have found a chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients and not just the business aspect of their clinic. If you're looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. Hanks and his wonderful team!

I recently visited Hank’s Chiropractic Center , and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They’re friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. As for the chiropractic care, it was exceptional. Dr. Hank’s and Dr Nápoles took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood the process. I’ve been experiencing neck/shoulder, back and knee issues after just a few sessions, I already feel a noticeable improvement in my back pain. The treatments are tailored to my needs, and I appreciate the personalized approach. Overall, the combination of great chiropractic care and such a lovely, supportive team ( Jen, Dr Nápoles, MiMi and Jocelyn) makes this clinic stand out. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking effective treatment and a caring atmosphere!

Awesome Chiropractor!! One of the best. On my first visit we sat in his office. He explained very professionally all my options and treatment plans. After a few weeks of therapy I am feeling better. He has an excellent staff backing him up. They're all friendly ,knowledgeable, and very helpful. I highly recommend him.
