Woke up with intense back pain & I was able to call in to get a same day appointment. Dr. Lyndsea Bulfer was personable & thorough. I couldn’t hardly move my neck side to side & I left with being able to move with a lot less pain! Definitely going back 🙌🏼

I have suffered from low back pain on and off for the past several years. I am extremely lucky to have Dr. Jay as my chiropractor! He is as attentive as he is kind and has wealth of knowledge about the spine and nervous system. His adjusting skills are top notch and his treatments are very thorough. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Jay and Growing Roots Chiropractic to friend, or all the friends for that matter!
