Dan Hockstra is a true professional health expert. A tri-athlete friend referred me to Hockstra when suffering from various tendonitis issues, and Dan helped me understand that the localized pain was actually caused by tightness and overuse injury in various other related muscle-attachment points. This time was very similar. Tell him as best as possible where your'e feeling the pain, and he will spend the entire session coaching you on how to heal and prevent recurrence. Recommend you devote at least an hour, or you'll miss out on a valuable coaching/healing experience. Couldn't possibly recommend more highly.
