He encourages his patients to remember that the human body is exceptional at meeting and overcoming new stimuli - so feed it good food and introduce it to new movements, new activities, new people, and pursuing things that bring you joy. He also wants to remind his patients that while the human body is amazing, you only get one! So keep yourself conditioned so that your body will be prepped and ready to meet all the new challenges you throw at it!Our office has been a combined dream from the sandy beaches of St. Petersburg, Florida since 2017. Dr. Chris is amazing! Every penny I pay him is worth its weight in gold! He’s a super cool, intelligent guy and he knows his shit! I sit at a desk 40 hrs a week and Dr. Chris keeps me pain free! Except for when I throw my back out putting on my pants! 😂 and then he squeezes me in for an urgent appointment. While it is still uncomfortable I did get some immediate relief and tips for exercises/streches to help me get over my tightness and discomfort. He rocks! Oh and he healed my plantar fasciitis on my feet. The scraping sucked but was so worth it! He’s just fantastic!

Chris is the best! He has helped me through severe back issues, and I was able to stop taking the narcotics for pain. Then got me through an amputation. And then another amp ok total 4 now. He makes it so my prosthetic fits and functions the best it can. Proper alignment of the hips does the trick for that. We have a special relationship where he finds things that cause me pain, inflicts more pain on those parts and then the next day this 51 year old construction vet feels 18 again. Not sure what I would do without Chris.
