I can’t tell you enough how much better my husband and I feel today just hours after our first adjustment. I appreciated that I had a Palmer graduate. I was blown away at the explanation of my scans; what he was doing and why. I had never experienced the Blair technique and oddly enough had pain not bad but annnoying pain.. and I haven’t felt it all afternoon. I also appreciated the education on how to make my upper back stronger and things I could do to ensure I work on my posture. Thank you!!!
