As a certified personal trainer and massage therapist I’m focused on helping people enjoy life and meet their goals. Though I primarily focus on my massage practice, I do offer consultations on exercise routines for those looking to make a lifestyle shift and don’t know where to start.I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. I started Fit Form Bodywork after working in the professional medical massage setting for over 10 years. John is not your typical massage therapist. He thoroughly understands the body and quickly gets to the problem areas to alleviate the pain and increase range of motion. He also provides advice on stretching and strengthening exercises to fix the problem long term. As an older athlete (60s) I highly recommend him. He'll get you back out there playing your sport.

I had the best experience with John today. I am from out of town and have had some chronic low back pain- pretty severe as of recently. It was definitely not like a massage that I’ve ever had before. The stretching and maneuvers that he did gave me so much relief and the massage itself was very in-depth and thorough. John was so kind and respectful and was educating me throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend him enough!! I wish I lived closer to get regular appointments but I will make sure to see him whenever I am back in town!

I have had several massages in the past deep tissue Sports and relaxation and I have to admit it's been about a year since the my massage. I have to say that John is very professional and it was a wonderful massage I've been working long hours at work driving a long distance he was able to relieve all the tension and pain that I was feeling.i had hurt my shoulder about four months ago and he put it back into place and relieved the pain just wish I would have went to him a little sooner. Definitely will be coming back and referring others
