I actually take time to read the reviews when I’m looking for a new service provider. When I came on here, I saw a few reviews that marked it as a 1 due to the “lack of professionalism” with having adjustments done in “the lobby”. The way the review was written made it sound like a pretty creepy place, but I couldn’t ignore all the glowing responses from people either. I was open to seeing for myself. Honest review? Loved it. It’s true. They do make their chiropractic adjustments in an open space with multiple beds next to each other. My new patient intake was done in a private room with the doctor and another woman (I don’t know her title). I actually asked the doctor while he was setting me up for my adjustment about why it’s done in an open space. His answer made me respect them even more. Bottom line? They’re keeping you and their staff safe from anything that may be considered inappropriate behavior. Having it in the open (although appropriately sectioned off to still create privacy from anyone who may be just sitting and waiting), also means having open accountability for both patient and doctor to respect each other. That’s something I can really commend. In addition, the doctor didn’t shy away from this reality - which to me further emphasizes their commitment to providing a safe and secure atmosphere for ALL parties involved. I loved how everyone seemed to be operating in a “flow”. All the staff members seemed well organized and - the best way I can describe it is it felt like they were all doing an organized dance. They knew where all patients were, timed things incredibly well to make sure there wasn’t excessive wait times, and as a result I felt equally a part of this “dance”. I really valued feeling like I was welcomed in, valued, and integrated into a family feeling. I am SURE it’s not for everyone. I get that for some, it may feel like an odd system (especially reading a review that says “they adjust people in the lobby). But what I would highly suggest is that you go try it out for yourself. I have a feeling you will be surprised - and if you have questions, ask them! If something makes you uncomfortable, tell them! You’re allowed to advocate for yourself instead of just writing negative reviews … and also recognize that everyone is human, and it’s not ALWAYS going to be “the dance” I described. But give it a chance. Very much appreciated the service I received today!
