About

I started Engage Health + PT to give my clients the best possible care and help them continue their health and fitness journeys. Traditional physical therapy is often not enough for the athlete, weekend warrior or runner. I wanted to be able to spend as much time as needed with each client so they feel heard and understood. I believe our bodies are designed to heal, but sometimes we need some help to start the healing process.
