About

I took the big step of owning my own clinic so I could provide the type of care that is not restricted by corporate structures. My passion is getting people out of pain and returning to what they love doing whether it is a sport, gardening or picking up their child pain free.Started as Tompkins Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2000 as one of the few PT owned small clinics in the county. Sheryl Tompkins retired and Jen Lausten bought the practice and changed name but same personable care is our trademark. We specialize in finding and treating the source of pain and not chasing symptoms.

We strongly feel the need to acknowledge the interplay of regions in the body in our treatment approach. We try to incorporate the latest in pain science which leads to lasting improvements. Our biggest goal is empowering patients to be independent with self treatments and a good understanding of their exercises.
