I first met John in 2015 following two tragic left knee surgeries. My left knee stayed massively swollen and extremely painful for 9 months and my entire left leg atrophied to nothing. I was told by doctors that my weight lifting and competition days were over. I came to John to help stop the swelling and pain in my knee and to help me rehab my leg with the dream of competing again. In a matter of 6 months, he resolved my knee swelling and pain, helped me regain all the muscle in my left leg, AND helped me step back on the competition stage. He basically performed a miracle! Over the years, I have continued to seek John's help to maintain the health of my left leg and to rehab various other injuries. I have now joined his team at ELP as supervising physical therapist, and I am extremely honored to be a part of such an elite organization!

ELP is THE destination for sports performance and whole body wellness. John and Mandy are the most progressive providers in the area and use techniques and programs you can't find anywhere else. Take one step into their facility and you know they are the real deal. There are countless pictures of pro and college level athletes that they have worked with over the years. Best around!
