Dr Sal is a class act. I had a very complicated case. I was hurt by chiros 3 times in the past. I had developed a trauma about getting adjustments plus my spine was completely blocked to due to what they did and how they handled me. Dr Sal is not only a skilled Chiro of 30 something years experience but he LISTENS and CARES! and that is the most importan quality, in addition to skill and experience, that a TURE HEALER can have. He started with full on X-rays to access my condition which he studies various times. Amazing! NO ONE had done that for me. Once the first 2 adjustment proved to not have the desired effect on me, Dr Sal went back to studying my case. He finally had the intuition to conclude that adjustments wast not what I needed at the moment and that a more gentle work had to be done to prepare me for that. He started a technique on me called NRCT. Since I started it my PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks have massively decreased. Like noticeably. My spine and muscles are also letting to and the body is naturally finding a new way, in a way that is easy on my and my nervous system. Yet INCREDIBLY PROFOUND! Dr Sal is invested my getting better. I recommend him to anyone. He was also, FYI, very highly recommended to me by another Chiro in the area that knows him and has the highest regard for him as a practitioner and an educator. He has a very holistic approach and considers all things! He is kind, caring, empathetic and NEVER made me feel embarrassed about what I was going through. He took time to talk, listen, understand and support while offering solutions customized to my needs. Amazing!

I saw Dr Martingano years ago from carrying babies on my right hip. He did not oversell me on a huge package or anything and in just a month or so , I was pain free with an awareness of how to prevent the pain from coming back. That was over 16 years ago! Thanks Dr. Sal!
