Everything from scheduling to learning exercises to help was super easy. Alana is very friendly and conversational which makes the session time fly by. I am feeling leaps and bounds better after only 8 sessions.

I have been coming here for several years and Dr. Alana is the best. I challenge anyone to show me someone better. And if I'm being honest the entire team is fantastic. They are kind and caring people that take the time to get to know you and your needs. Now......the best part......Pablo!! Iykyk. I recommend everyone to them the minute I hear about back pain or just any aches and pains. Now good warm fuzzy feelings aside...let's talk about the back. Dr. Alana does NO popping, cracking or any of that chiro stuff that people fear......aka....the neck pop. It's all gentle manipulation. She knows exactly where to go and what needs attention. I even had issues with arthritis in my hands that I brought up and she immediately said...let's see. Extremely knowledgeable and educated along with the attentiveness of care. If only everyone practiced their profession in the same manner. Im thankful to have them around to help with this old back!
