The Dallas Wellness Center has been a tremendous support in my recovery from the injuries I sustained in a car accident. Dr. Stewart and his staff genuinely care about their patients. Everyone at the center is professional, friendly, and highly skilled, providing excellent service. The center offers ample parking and flexible hours, making it convenient for those who need to visit after work or on Saturdays. Without the treatment I received at the Dallas Wellness Center, I honestly don’t believe I would have healed as well as I have after the traumatic car accident in 2024 that caused my neck and back injuries. It’s such a safe and welcoming environment, and the staff is dedicated to helping you heal and improve your overall well-being. I could not recommend this place enough!

Dr. Stewart is absolutely incredible. I go a few times a year when my back or neck is bothering me. After therapy, water massage and adjustment I am instantly healed. I searched long and hard for a good chiropractor in Dallas and had some bad experiences. But Dr. Stewart and his team are the best!
