Coastal PTSR also offers sports rehabilitation to help athletes suffering from sports related injuries or pain involving the musculoskeletal system. Sports Rehabilitation can help athletes of any age to recover from injury and prevent injury, maintain health and fitness, and reduce pain using targeted exercise, movement/biomechanical rehabilitation and manual therapy.
