I have been seeing Dr. Ryan for a few months now to rehab an ankle that was holding me back from running. We did a combination of massage, cupping and physical therapy for our sessions along with exercises to do at home in-between sessions. Even after a few sessions I noticed a difference and now I just ran a 15k race without pain. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone, especially because they are able to take some insurances.

I’ve had a lot of injuries and complex chronic pain over the years — and have been to countless facilities seeking pain relief, treatment, and rehab. I lucked out finding this place! I’ve been going here a couple times a week for a few months since shoulder surgery. It’s REALLY hard to find people in this industry that truly listen, motivate and help as much as they do. I really appreciate the customized treatments with Dr. Ryan based on my specific pain symptoms each week, as well as my structured one-on-one training sessions with John. Maddie is great too! I still have work to do, but I’m not sure I would’ve ever had the confidence and belief in myself to be doing deadlifts and pull-ups again! 🙏🙌
