Drs. Jason and Nichole Casto have been in practice since 2002. They received their chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic College West, which has one of the best Chiropractic curriculums in the world. After they received their chiropractic doctorates, they moved to beautiful Lake Tahoe, CA. They chose to move to Lake Tahoe because of the wonderful life style it has to offer. They actively ski and participate in winter sports as well as mountain bike, Crossfit and boat out on beautiful Lake Tahoe! Jason and Nichole are avid members of the community and strives to take part in all that Tahoe has to offer.

They truly understand the mindset of young athletes and are able to offer guidance and advice that our son genuinely listens to—sometimes more than he would from us as parents! He feels completely at home in their practice; visiting them is like stopping by a trusted friend’s house. My husband and I also take advantage of the care they offer—whether it’s a simple adjustment or laser therapy, we always leave feeling better. As a 32 year old woman living in South Lake for over 11 years, who had never been to a chiropractor before I was a bit nervous to say the least. Especially with some serious neck pain I had going on for about 5 months. Dr. Nicole was so patient with me and made me feel at ease within the first few seconds of meeting her. She listened and let me know to “trust the process” I’ve been a few times now and I won’t go to another office! I’m seeing significant improvements. She’s the best! Also, Lauren the receptionist is so sweet and obviously works very hard for them. She explained my insurance stuff in a way I could understand and that helped with the added tension with going to the doctor as we all know. Their “shop pup” Garth (the bestest boy) is always ready to give extra some love to ease someone may feel the nervousness the way I did before their visit. Thank you Dr. Nicole, Lauren and Garth! ✨

I struggled with SI Joint pain for years until I walked into Nichole’s office about 10 years ago. Her SI Joint manipulations helped my pain level go from an 8 to a 7,6,5.. down to a 2,1-0 in the successive years. I have been maintaining a pain level of 0-2 for many years now with no fusion and/or steroid injections. When I do re-injure my SI-Joint, she has a way of realigning it back and mitigating the extreme pain back to a level 0-2 again. More recently she even fixed my dizziness attributed to my cervical spine that doctors surmised was BPPV for years, but it wasn’t. I’m a very athletic person that doesn’t care for meds as a fix. Thank you Nichole for giving me back an active life-style without meds or surgeries as a fix. Nichole’s knowledge of Chiropractic medicine is priceless! Also is comforting to be greeted by friendly/efficient Lauren and office pup Garth.
