License Massage Therapist since 1997. Since my first CranioSacral Treatment in 1998, I was hooked. My practice focus turned to CranioSacral Therapy & for Pediatrics. I have Teach Assisted all levels I have studied in CST, SER & Peds as well as CranioSacral & Pre-cepted CST Advanced. I also practice Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Visceral Manipulation (with the Upledger Institute) Other modalities used in my practice are: NeuroMuscular Therapy, Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Accupressure, Pregnancy Massage, Thai Massage. Cold Laser & Avazzia as required.I have been in private practice since 1997. Additionally I have worked at Miami Beach Spas on occasion and for a few years worked with a Chiropractor. Currently I am working privately in my office and in N Miami with another therapist. I have limited availablility for outcall service in the NorthEast part of Miami Dade County for an additional charge.

CranioSacral Therapy is my passion. Everyone can benefit from CST and I work with All Ages: Infants - Elder years. Experience with CranioSacral Therapy is more relevant than working with specific conditions. It is how CST works that is most relevant to obtain relief from a wide variety of conditions. The results of CST are cumulative. whereas you will experience relief after the first session resolution of a condition you've had for months or years, will take time to resolve. Each client's needs are different and I offer a variety of modalities and techniques. Your treatment will be designed to meet your needs. Modalities include: CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, NeuroMuscular Therapy, MyoFascial Release, Thai Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, womens specific needs during and post Pregnancy. Additionally I use Cold Laser for Treatment of severe Trigger Points; Avazzia BioFeedback (Electro Stimulation Micro Current) for relief of Chronic Pain and a wide variety of issues; and Bemer (PEMF) to improve microcirculatory blood flow by up to 30%. 2012 Celebrated Dr Upledger's 40th Anniversary of CranioSacral Therapy. For over 20 years I have taught Private & Sm Group Yoga, Strength Training for Seniors, Pilates: Mat/Reformer to stretch & strengthen structural & functional weaknesses/restrictions. Rate: $125/hr.
