About
Ben has over 29 years of clinical experience, having practiced in both rural and urban settings in Australia and overseas. After initially studying science at the ANU, Ben undertook his chiropractic training at the Phillip Institute of Technology (now RMIT University). With a focus on providing quality care to people of all ages, Ben has undertaken further study in paediatric care so that he can assist children to grow, move, and develop as best as possible. Ben has a long service within the chiropractic profession, most recently as vice-president of the ACT branch of the Chiropractors' Association of Australia. Outside the clinic, Ben stays active with Tai Chi, swimming, mountain biking, and - when he can get to the beach - surfing. At a community level, Ben is active in his local church, the Weston Creek Uniting Church and volunteers at he Australia Bush Heritage farm in Bredbo. Otherwise he can generally be found riding around on his Triumph Tiger 1050.Dr Palley, a Canadian chiropractor was the first owner of Canberra Chiropractic. Originally it was in Barry Drive (on the Turner side of the road) when there were only houses. When office buildings came along the clinic moved to Mcleay St Turner. This is when Dr Robert Mitchell took over, Then in the 70's it moved to Gas Industry House in Rudd St under the helm of Dr Charles Keynes. In the 90's it moved to the Perpetual Building in Rudd St. As the 4th owner, in 2004, I moved the clinic to its current address in McKay St Turner.
