I had never been to a chiropractor that stretches your muscles before doing the adjustments. It makes the adjustment so much softer. If I could give Dr. Farokh a 10 star I would. I have been getting a neck adjustment and a hip adjustment now for years. I just came here two month ago before a one month vacation and came back a week after arriving back. He is definitely the best I have ever had do my adjustments.
