Dr. Don Blue

I was experiencing severe neck pain for over two years. During this time I tried everything including consistently going to three different chiropractors. One of my chiropractors even referred me to a surgeon after seeing my MRI saying he did not think he would be able to help me. I was beginning to think something like surgery would be my only option. Luckily, one day at work, a customer of mine noticed me stretching my neck in pain. They told me they once had horrible neck pain and referred me to Dr. Blue. This moment definitely changed my life. I was hesitant to give Dr. Blue a try because it was a 2 hour drive for me but and boy am I glad I did! Dr. Blue uses a specific chiropractic technique called the Blair technique. It is a targeted one vertebrae at a time realignment not random twisting and snatching like most chiropractors do. Within a three month period of visiting Dr. Blue I was no longer in pain and my range of motion had significantly increased. Also, I was able to sleep again because I was not in extreme pain. Dr. Blue knows exactly what he is doing and I guarantee from my personal experiences he is in a league above any chiropractor I have ever experienced. As I said earlier, he uses the Blair technique which targets one vertebrae at a time and puts it back into alignment. None of this random snatching and somewhat violent adjustments other chiropractors do. I cannot understand why more chiropractors do not follow the technique that Dr. Blue uses. Dr Blue has helped my stiff neck and back issues. I had been to many chiropractors with very little success. Now I’m regaining full mobility in my neck and the back issues are getting corrected properly. Dr Blue is the best chiropractor for my issues of DISH. When I came to Dr. Blue almost 2 months ago, I was in the worst pain on the left Side of my neck! And also experiencing spasmtic pain that radiated from my neck down into my hands! After having gone to a few orthopedic doctors, that suggested that I get an epidural in my neck. Before having this procedure, I decided to see Dr. Blue for a consultation. I have been under chiropractic care for some 50 years! But I’ve never heard an explanation about something called an Atlas, and how vital it is to have it positioned correctly with my cervical spine. Long story short I proceeded to trust Dr. Blue’s diagnosis and I can’t be happier because today for first time in a long time I can say, I’m so happy to feel like myself again. Not to mention being able to get back out in my garden. Have not completed my chiropractic care just yet. But I’m truly grateful for the improvement in my everyday life!
