I believe to truly be healthy, we must first find the root of our problems and provide the right conditions for the body and soul to thrive. My goal is to help each individual restore their health, maximize their potential, and to educate on how to reclaim their lives. I am a second generation Applied Kinesiologist and Chiropractor. Coming from a large chiropractic family in New York City, New York allowed me to familiarize myself and become mindful of the diversity of conditions and remedies tailored specifically to each patient through holistic measures. My goal is to help all existing patients seamlessly continue to reach their optimum health and performance as well as create a community that cultivates a happy and healthy lifestyle. Our bodies are easily overloaded in today's society from physical, mental and chemical stressors. They treat each and every patient with the same kindness, meticulous and attentive service with great attention to individual patient care needs in a very timely manner. My husband and I have been under his medical care since June 2020. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bland for 9 months and am very happy with both my care and the progress I’ve made.
