About

The BioSoul Integration Center has been helping people express more life since 2002. I've combined the magic of techniques like Network Chiropractic, Brainspotting and IFS Parts Work with the healing power of Presence to create something I call BioSoul Integration. BioSoul Integration is a body-centered, energy healing technique that facilitates deep, embodied spiritual healing and soul integration. I do hands-on, group work from my office in Louisville, Colorado, as well as, online work with folks all over the world. Through BioSoul Integration my mission is to help individuals locally and around the world to create an ever-deepening connection to their bodies, their lives and their World; to help those who have felt the strong calling of their Soul's purpose to give more of their unique gifts on this planet.

Education and training

My educational journey took me from Lincoln, Nebraska where I received a Bachelors Degree in Education and Exercise Science, to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Northwestern College of Chiropractic where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Along the way I also served in places like India and Peru. Currently I'm the founder and owner of BioSoul Integration Center in Louisville, Colorado, previously known as Network Life Center.

I'm proud to say that I've been practicing since 2002. That's nearly two decades that I've been supporting people in the Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Broomfield, Erie & Westerminster! Over the course of that time I've worked intimately with nearly three thousand people and helped them navigate the ups and downs of their healing journeys. I've worked with babies who were hours old, as well as those in their nineties, and everyone in between.

Though I've helped this wide range of folks, those who seem to be most drawn to my work tend to be those who have felt the strong calling to do the work of leaning into their growth and evolution as human beings. Often these people are practitioners themselves of some sort, whether professionally or otherwise. They may be yoga teachers, meditators, acupuncturists, chiropractors, energy workers, shamanic practitioners, healers, spiritual seekers and others and they feel called to give their gifts and share what they've learned with others.
I believe that nothing in Life is a mistake. I believe that Life is inherently intelligent. Therefore, I believe that every experience is Life trying to get our attention because there's something in every experience that is important for our growth and evolution as human beings—that is, souls in a physical body. It's through experience that Life is trying to get us to claim more of who we are as souls and give more of our soul's gifts here, on this planet, in these physical bodies and in this physical existence, because the planet and everyone on it needs what we have to offer and needs the unique flavor that each of us brings to the table.

Some of the experiences that are the loudest, and yet are experiences that we expend the most energy trying to push away, are painful experiences. Over the course of those sixteen years I've discovered something vital to our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health and well-being: the solution to our problems can be found in the pain and the painful parts of life.

When we turn towards our pain it becomes a portal that leads to a place in us where the illusion of separateness collapses and the parts of our bodies and souls that have been disconnected can be reunited. In this place the potential energy that was bound up in the pain and the polarity in our bodies and lives is transformed into wisdom that releases our bodies, informs our lives and compels us to give our gifts.

As I am looking with wonder at a new adventure I'll be embarking on, I take a deep breath and feel so much gratitude for Dr. Jay and all the energetic support he offered on so many levels. As I have been passing through a time of endings, meeting with Dr. Jay has provided a sacred space for healing and letting go of so many fears and contractions and opening to allow and trust the unknown and new. For me Dr. Jay has been a kind of midwife for my soul and rebirthing into an experience of new life and direction. A deep bow to you, Dr. Jay for the energetic facilitating and holding of a container for my being "to plant and root in new ground." As you reminded me, "I am ready." Namaste

I found out about Dr. Jay on YouTube when researching about healing physical pains and its relationship to emotional pain. Eventually I had virtual brainspotting sessions with Dr. Jay and I had such a great experience! He is so instrumental to my personal and professional growth and he helped me understand myself more, gain more awareness and different perspectives. Thank you so much Dr. Jay for your patience, great energy, open mindedness, and gift. I totally recommend!!

I first saw Jay from 2015-2016 and I saw some deep shifts in my emotional and physical well-being. One of the most profound results of our time was that my menstrual cycle returned after stopping for 21 years! No other treatment I had used prior to seeing Jay had ever worked, and I did almost every natural remedy out there!! Herbs, acupuncture, reiki, etc. Due to financial reasons I had to pause our treatments and wouldn't you know it, my cycle eventually stopped again. Fast forward to 2020 and I kept feeling a need to see him again, so I finally went back and after my very first treatment my cycle returned - this is now 4 years later when I didn't have my cycle again. I don't think its a coincidence. Jay has a magic gift that I don't think he even fully realizes - he is so humble and gracious and patient. He allows for all the space you need to express and feel everything. Its a gift to be able to see him and I am so grateful for his work. My whole family now sees Jay and I couldn't recommend anyone else for this kind of healing modality.
