Dr Bocella and his staff are very kind, supportive and helpful. They took time with me, actually listened to me and didn’t rush me during the appointment. Things were explained in a way I could understand and he explained the treatment process we’d be doing as well. I was given a referral by my Neuro optometrist to see Dr Bocella & I’m glad they told me about him. He not only was there to help with my neck pain, but also understood my light sensitivity & balance issues and was very thoughtful about my situation.

My first visit to Atlas Chiropractic of Raleigh was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve ever had at a chiropractic office — and I’ve seen a lot of (traditional) chiropractors. Finally, a trigger point therapist referred me to Dr. Boccella, assuring me that Atlas Chiropractic is very different from traditional chiropractic care. The therapist was right. The scan and x-rays at Dr. Boccella’s office on the very first visit revealed more than I’d ever known about the injuries I'd suffered in the accident. It also showed me that in all those hundreds of chiropractic and physical therapy appointments over five years, no one had actually seen the underlying problems and addressed them directly. Thankfully, Dr. Boccella did both in the first visit... and I walked away from his office hopeful that real healing would finally begin. If that wasn’t enough… from my very first interaction with the staff on the phone to the visits in the office, everyone has been welcoming, caring, and willing to answer any questions. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Atlas Chiropractic stands out in the most refreshing way.

Dr. Chad is not only a great chiropractor but a great guy as well. When I first started going there, I experienced sciatic pain on my lower back and couldn't walk more than 10 feet. After a few weeks I was back to normal and still improving till this day. I highly recommend coming here. The staff there is also some of the nicest people.
