I’ve been struggling with debilitating tailbone pain for nearly five years. In that time, I’ve seen countless doctors, specialists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and completed multiple rounds of physical therapy—none of which brought lasting relief. The pain was intense and constant, flaring up every time I sat down or stood up. It impacted every part of my daily life—simple tasks like getting dressed, doing chores, or engaging in any physical activity became exhausting and painful. I tried everything—MRIs, X-rays, and even injections, but nothing ever revealed the root cause, and treatments either didn’t help or only provided short-lived relief. My local chiropractor in Surprise would occasionally ease the pain, but only for a few hours, maybe a day. Physical therapy, instead of helping, often worsened the pain to the point where I couldn’t complete the exercises. Then we found Dr. Bonacci—and everything changed. After just one session, I experienced real relief for the first time in years. That first treatment gave me a full week without severe pain. Since then, each visit has continued to improve my quality of life. While we’re still working toward full recovery, I finally feel hopeful. Dr. Bonacci truly listens and is committed to helping me heal. For the first time in years, I feel like I’ve found someone who genuinely understands my pain and is making a difference.

After a consultation with my Pain Management Dr and preferring non-drug options, he referred Dr. Bonacci. I came to Dr Bonacci and Jeanne (PT) for lower back pain that was radiating down my legs. I am shocked at the speed in which the pain has subsided after one session. I know it sounds too good to be true, but that is in fact what happened. I am continuing treatments to ensure I build up the muscle memory to keep my body pain free. I expect to continue visits with Dr. Bonacci as life challenges my body.
