I highly recommend Dr. Bonacci with Arizona Pain & Posture. Listen to the Google reviews! I was in a severe car accident and was not receiving adequate care until I found him. Working in healthcare myself, I can confidently say that Dr. Bonacci is a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring provider. He puts his patients first and takes his time to listen and check in on you. I am so thankful for the care I have received with Dr. Bonacci and would highly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with an injury after a motor vehicle accident.

After battling extreme neck and back pain for more than a year, I was about at my wits end. Seeing one "specialist" after another - none of which produced any noticeable results. It wasn't until I found Arizona Pain and Posture, specifically, Dr. Bonacci that I finally found some relief. From my initial consult, Dr. B was confident that he could relieve the pain and fix my neck issues once and for all. Well, after 5 treatments, 90% of the pain is GONE! Through his unique method and understanding of not only soft tissue but the nervous system as a whole, Dr. B has been able to realign my nerves, fix the soft tissue and make dramatic and noticeable improvements to my overall quality of life. It's not often you find a true healer but that is exactly what Dr. B is. He cares about his patients and finding real solutions for them, not just prescribing a pill or suggesting surgery. Instead, he takes the time to really understand what is going on, formulates a plan and then executes. I am about to head in for my 7th treatment and at this point, 98% of the pain is gone! Cannot thank Dr. B and his staff enough.... I am a new father and having the ability to play with my little girl without pain is the best gift I could have ever prayed for. Arizona Pain & Posture has done wonders for my chronic debilitating pain and subsequently my mental health. Around 3 years ago, I woke up with a spasm-like sensation on the right side of my face and jaw area that progressed to daily debilitating migraine-like headaches. The pain is a constant spasm/buzzing sensation that starts from behind my right eye/jaw area and cascades down my head and neck. Throughout the years, I went to all the different providers one can possibly think of including neurologists, dentists and maxillofacial surgeons for TMJD, acupuncturists, chiropractors (including atlas chiropractors), physical therapy, sleep specialists and testing for sleep apnea. A very kind neurologist tried very hard to find the source of my pain so I had a brain MRI done and we tried medications for migraines, occipital neuralgia, hemicrania continua, nerve blocks and botox but I still couldn’t find permanent or adequate relief. I became very depressed and stopped working full-time a little over a year ago while my condition remained constant. Psychosomatic therapy exercises also did not improve any physical symptoms. I came across Arizona Pain & Posture by accident while searching for a physical therapist post-ACL surgery (Jeanne is great and I highly recommend her!). Since I still had chronic pain, I decided to see Dr.Bonacci as well due to his good reviews but I didn’t have any high hopes since I had already spent years trying everything else. Dr. Bonnacci doesn’t do any bone cracking like traditional chiropractors do. He explained that my pain came from my nervous system, and after a handful of sessions, I finally feel it in my body. It’s difficult to put into words but it feels like my body doesn’t know what *not* being in pain feels like. When I try to sit or stand with better posture on my own, it feels like all this weight and bands throughout my upper body are involuntarily tugging and frozen up, pulling me out of balance and sending vibrating pain throughout my head, neck and jaw. During our sessions, he seems to clear up some of those pathways/connections in my nervous system so that my body is naturally supporting itself better. I feel light and free and my pain noticeably lessens throughout the day. Seeing such a dramatic change and regaining this amazing sense of clear connection to my body again has felt so freeing after being stuck in pain for so long. My mental health has also improved immensely because I finally understand the source of my pain and I’m no longer trapped between experiencing all of these physical symptoms but also believing that maybe everything is “in my head”. I finally know what’s wrong with me in a way that I can also feel in my body and I feel I’m finally on the road to recovery. Thank you to Dr.Bonacci, Jeanne and all the people who dedicate themselves to their work in helping people heal from chronic pain. To whoever may be reading this and going through something similar – please don’t give up, you’re not supposed to feel like this forever and your body will heal!
