His success with the 1996 US Olympic team caused the head trainer/physical therapist to become a Chiropractor himself. Member of the Ambassador Club at Life University School of Chiropractic. Married 27 years, father of 5.I love my family and I love what I do. But as you know, life can be devastating when you're in pain. We care about people, we listen closely, and when we've diagnosed your problems, we give you our best. If you've tried other doctors, been on pain medications, and are tired of getting no results, this is how we can help you. We talk to you about your problem. Then we take x-rays of the involved areas. We then do a comprehensive analysis, then tell you your options. If you like the treatment plan, we begin. If you don't think the care plan is for you, we shake hands and part as friends. We want you healthy, happy, and back to normal. That's our goal as a doctor of chiropractic. And don't be mistaken. No stranger to chiropractic, I came to American Family Spine after a lapse in care due to Covid, logistics/relocations, etc. I didn't ask around; I did my own research. And it paid off - I made the best choice. Dr. Will and his support staff are a pleasure to work with. I'm a fan of the practice model. They have fine-tuned it in a manner which allows you to be seen, treated, and get back to your day in a reasonable time span. Each visit is meticulously charted with Dr. Will doing his own charting/notations (does not use a scribe). When I saw this, it reaffirmed I'd made the right choice. Getting used to the office flow only takes 1-2 visits. Everyone (Doctor, staff, and patients ! ) work well together. The practice has a good mix of new patients with chronic or emergent needs along with those who opt for a maintenance schedule once an initial complaint is resolved. If you could use some help "mobilizing", this should be your first and best choice.

This has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Dr. Will, Rachelle, Deanne, and Aleyris are the best Dr and staff I’ve ever been blessed to find in my life. I came in with multiple issues from shoulder, neck, and chest injury to digestive issues and in just a month, my overall health is better, my posture and how I walk is better, my headaches and body aches have been minimized and it’s not only the body health they have helped with. My mental health was suffering and even that has become better. They focus on whole life health and the amount of care and concern for me has made me hopeful for a healthier life as I go forward. The level of education they gave to me about my body and it’s health and how chiropractic treatment would help, was amazing as I didn’t know a lot coming in and now I feel empowered about my health and love working with them to get better. Try them, you will not be disappointed and it will give you a whole new perspective and outlook on life. I would recommend them 10 times over. The only regret was not finding them sooner but now that I have, I know my health and life overall are in good hands!

There is so much I appreciate about this practice! First of all, when I was looking for a chiropractor online, this was one of a very few that actually provided the information on treatment & payment options up front. They have been forthright the whole time & worked things out in my benefit. The entire staff is very kind & friendly, the office is clean & organized, & they have an efficient process for patients to follow at appointments. I love that there is a plan to improve my spine health with tangible checkpoints along the way so that I'm not just treating symptoms blindly. My pain & posture have improved greatly in just a few months!
