I have never met such a multifaceted chiropractor like Dr. J Contis! I have been seeing him for a few months now and love that he is punctual, polite, and dimensional in his approach to medicine. He has provided me with a plan and REAL results in such a short time. He provides physical therapy in conjunction with chiropractic medicine. I have seen more improvement in my body movement and overall ability over these past few months then I have seeing other doctors and physical therapists for years.

As many others I've spent too many years ignoring my back pain. After the pain got worse I decided it was time to get looked at. Scheduling was a breeze and I was scheduled with Dr. Danielle Harris. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and so personable. She never made me feel guilty for neglecting my pain and focused on making me feel better. She used a combination of physical therapy and spinal adjustments to help make me feel better. We spoke about my lifestyle and discussed options that could provide me relief and stretches I can do at home to improve my mobility. I've gone in 3 times now and my back pain went from constant to occasional. I am thankful to be feeling relief & for my visits with Dr. Harris. Thank you!
