Dr. Prakash Ramani DC, is a north jersey native who is very passionate about educating the community and patients about their healthcare options as well as treating acute/chronic joint and spine conditions. He attended Rutgers University where he received his Bachelors in Exercise Science & Sports Studies with a minor in Nutrition. Dr. Ramani appreciates the ability to get quick and effective results with conservative treatment and decided to pursue a chiropractic degree. He graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2016 with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Ramani is a board certified chiropractic physician credentialed by the National Board of Chiropractic Physicians.Dr. Ramani created Active Sport & Spine Therapy after working in several multidisciplinary clinics in Northern New Jersey. He created a practice that was drastically different from the standard clinic, which treats common musculoskeletal aches and pains ranging from disc conditions to sports injuries of all kinds with the goal of resolving each patient's condition as quickly as possible, while continuing to allow the patients to be ACTIVE throughout care. Dr. Ramani is passionate about providing both patient-centered and relationship-centered care within a fully integrated healthcare system in an effort to help patients achieve optimal recovery and increased productivity. His approach to patient care consists of identifying spinal and extremity injuries and uses his expertise to develop a goal-oriented rehabilitation plan that is specifically tailored to each patient.
