About

Kelly was drawn to physical therapy through experiences as a competitive gymnast. After competing in NCAA gymnastics and completing her bachelors at Brown University, she obtained her doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Duke University in 2010. Her practice as a PT began in Seattle, WA where she was immersed in the mountain sports community and treated recreational through professional level athletes that shared her enthusiasm for these activities. Upon moving "back East", she recognized a similarly active community here, and established Active Delmar PT to pursue working with athletes of the Capital Region. Kelly knows that a major key to a patients' success lies in the amount of quality time spent with the therapist at each session. She is dedicated to providing one-on-one appointments to give her patients the time and attention they deserve in order to return to what they love to do as efficiently and effectively as possible.
