Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns as to how we may be of service to you.Founded in October 2018, Accelerate Physical Therapy was formed for the purpose of changing the way physical therapy is practiced, viewed, and understood as an integral part of the healthcare system. Our goal is to re-define expectations for physical therapy treatment and provide exceptional care to our clients. If physical therapy has not met your expectations in the past, our method will change your perception. Whether you are a client, referring physician, or an individual interested in physical therapy and wellness, our job is to educate you and provide you with informed decisions about overall health and body function. We achieve this through one on one treatments with Doctors of Physical Therapy, who will diagnose and treat you through the entirely of your session, every session. We do not employ ancillary staff to provide physical therapy services. Our purpose is to provide answers for individuals continuing to seek relief.

Easy, convenient online booking. We currently accept all PPO insurances, Altamed HMO, Medicare, Tricare, and Worker's Compensation. We have the most competitive pricing in the market, as we would like to give those of you with additional HMO plans an affordable way to get access to our treatment. Accelerate Physical Therapy is a new start-up offering evaluation and treatment of any orthopedic injuries that are bio-mechanical and musculoskeletal in nature. This could range from from an ache, pain, or stiffness in any region of the body. We utilize manual therapy, movement re-training (i.e. neuro re-education), and strength and conditioning to help return you to your daily lives without limitation. Our team excels at managing symptoms that have persisted over time (chronic dysfunction), acute injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. If you have tried physical therapy before with less than ideal results, we invite you to give our facility a try as we have taken a different approach to your care. I was treated recently for a neck/muscle injury at Accelerate Physical Therapy in Newport Beach by Dr. Shawn Mead. I had limited range of motion with my neck as well as ongoing discomfort in that area. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mead, he understood what my issues were and got me on a healing program right away as well as manipulated the areas in need of care. He was also helpful in educating me so I knew why and what he was doing. I started feeling relief within a few weeks and now feel like a new person. If I have any future PT needs, I will definitely go back. It was also easy to book appts and the staff is so nice and helpful!
