Dr. Micah Pittman comes from a family of Chiropractors. He has been raised on chiropractic and natural healing through diet & exercise. He studied intensively with the top doctors to specialize in the Gonstead system of chiropractic, including his father. Gonstead is the "gold standard" for chiropractic care. This is a highly effective method used to systematically identify problem areas and work to restore the body to a more natural state. This method proves to be very effective for relief of migraines to serious neck, back, and sciatic pain. He also works to identify and correct some internal disorders that can be related to nerve impingement. Dr. Micah Pittman is very well known for also being able to help people who have suffered from chronic pain after failing to respond to standard treatments of drugs, surgery, and even chiropractic. Since 2004 he has successfully helped thousands of patients get well. Dr. Pittman is very knowledgeable in nutrition.Dr. Micah Pittman started 620 Chiropractic in 2017 in the heart of Lakeway, Texas. His intuition is next-level: he can literally look at me and pinpoint exactly what’s off, down to the vertebrae, before even using his amazing technology and detection devices. And those devices are incredible in their own right, but what really blows me away is his innate gift. Recently, I had a bad fall out of a tree that left me feeling completely jammed up. I walked into his office stiff, sore, and a little nervous about the impact it might’ve had on my spine. Within minutes, Micah had me on the table, immediately found the issue, and worked his magic. By the time I left, I felt reset, open, and energized again—like my whole system had been brought back online. It’s not just his skill that sets him apart, though. His presence, his vibe, the way he genuinely cares—it feels like he’s here on this planet to heal and serve people. Every session is more than an adjustment; it’s an activation. I can’t recommend Micah enough. If Google let me give 10 stars, I absolutely would.

WOW!!! Why can’t I give 6 stars?! Walked in after 3 weeks of the worst debilitating back pain of my life. I found instant relief in just one session. With 5 sessions I was nearly back to perfect movement and pain free. Truly felt like a miracle. Dr Micah Pittman was attentive and thorough. Highly recommend to relieve pain and just standard maintenance! He has a fan and customer in me for life!

Highly Recommend! Very impressed with Doc Micah and 620 Chiropractic. These are super nice folks all around. I went in on a Saturday morning with an out-of-nowhere pinched nerve. It was a busy day for them, but Micah had me done with X-rays, physical exam, and adjustment all in well under an hour. I walked in hobbled, and walked out fully functional - enough that I was able to participate in a previously scheduled triathlon 48 hours later. Came back in for a few more adjustments and my back feels great now. I will absolutely be going here in the future for continued “tune-ups.”
