I am on my 6th session with Dr. Thomas and I am feeling so much better! I had severe chronic pain on my right shoulder, arm and it was affecting my daily life activities. I am smiling more because I can sleep and feel better . Huge progress overall , thanks to my friend who recommended me to Zenith PT. The knowledge , patience and guidance from Dr. Thomas has no price ! I can easily go to The Pt covered by my insurance, but No thanks !

I can't stress enough what an incredible process this has been and what wonderful care I have received from Dr. Thomas at Zenith Performance. I came in with extremely painful right neck and shoulder issues and was not able to workout without severe pain. The program set up for me has been amazing, and I am now at just one visit left and working out pain free and empowered with what I have learned. If you're on the fence because of money or time, I was too, but it is completely worth every cent and second! Plus Dr. Thomas and Dr. Hayden are both athletes who will understand where you're coming from. And Jeannette is compassionate, supportive and wonderful! Thank you Zenith!

This was my first time doing physical therapy. I was nervous about the cost but my elbow had been aching for months. I kept going to the gym and was disappointed in my strength and mobility. Gym is my happy place so I wasn’t happy! Zenith is also now my happy place! Thomas methodically found my mobility and pain issues and gave me the tools to heal myself. Now, when I feel the slightest twinge, I have a whole routine of movements to relieve it. It’s actually become intuitive. If you’re in pain or have mobility issues, Thomas and Hayden will fix you! Trust, it’s worth it!!
