Dr. Sorelle is originally from Acushnet, MA. Dr. Sorelle graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY with a B.S. in Biology where he was on the honor roll and graduated as the president of his class. Dr. Sorelle went to medical school at the UAG in Guadalajara, Mexico and finished his medical school training at New York Medical College. Dr. Sorelle then went on to obtain a categorical, level 1 trauma, surgical residency position at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, OH. Dr Sorelle then completed an orthopedic hand surgery fellowship at the UCONN/Yale Combined Hand Surgery Fellowship at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT. Dr Sorelle then started his own complete hand care institute in Las Vegas, NV. Dr Sorelle has published in some of the most prestigious textbooks in hand surgery as recent as 2010. Dr Sorelle is a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH). I can’t even begin to understand any of these negative reviews. Dr. Sorelle did surgery on my left hand for carpal tunnel. He had to go in through the wrist and the elbow. My experience with the doctor, his staff, and everyone at the surgery center was nothing short of perfection! The office got me on the books to have surgery quickly, as I was in great pain. I was a bit nervous on the day of my surgery, but everyone at the surgery center put my nerves to rest. They were so wonderful, caring, and compassionate! I wish Dr. Sorelle were a family physician… There aren't too many doctors out there like Dr. Sorelle. Thank you, Dr. and staff at the Minimally Invasive Hand Institute and the surgery center! You all are the bomb!

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Sorelle and it was the best recommendation. I had 5 surgeries with him. My husband had 4. He is very knowledgeable and I love that his office trains upcoming surgeons. I would say it is hard to find good doctors in Las Vegas ...but he is awesome. Don't wait too late to see him if u are experiencing any issues with your hands,forearms or elbows.
