Alena was absolutely wonderful, and so attentive! I had initially booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but based on additional concerns, she did a mix of massages to tailor to me personally. Even after one session, I feel such a difference. You won’t regret booking with her!

I had my first medical massage with Alena, and I can't recommend her enough. Prior to our session, I had sharp, shooting pain in my right shoulder. Afterwards, that tension and pain was significantly reduced. I'm looking forward to following up with the massage plan Alena created based on my personal needs.
