I have been going to a chiropractor for 15+ years and in the last 5 years at least twice a week, if not more - this is largely due to upper cervical pain, migraines, tinnitus, and upper back pain from old injuries and daily wear and tear. I've been to some great chiropractors over the years but due to the stiffness in my neck it can be difficult for some to adjust - so I've had varying degrees of success. After inquiring with Southwick, Dr. Mike had a technique that I was very interested in so I was eager to give them a try. I've been to Dr. Mike 4 times in the last month, not only have I only needed 1 adjustment per week, but they seem to "hold" better and my scale of pain has diminished so significantly that it has become an afterthought. I feel like myself again; I have more energy and bounce to my step and better sense of well being. I also sleep more comfortably and better as well.
