Started Sacred Roots in 2012 with one of her yoga teachers Jennifer Ahn and one of her massage teachers Kailey Waite.Sacred Roots Holistic Healing was formed in the fall of 2012 with the intention of creating an alternative healing hub for the city of Long Beach. Kailey Outram, Jocelyn Fee and Jenny Ahn came together with the common goal of opening our arms and allowing professionals a space to practice their passion. As well as creating an alternative health venue for the public and practitioners alike to engage in educational workshops. Sacred Roots Holistic Healing began with a spark and illuminates our vast community of healing artists.

I’ve seen Jason for deep tissue massage and cupping at least 6 times and can’t recommend him enough (I’ve only seen Jason but I’m sure everyone at Sacred Roots is wonderful). He is truly a healer. I’m a runner and was trying to get marathon-ready last Fall — he helped me thru a hip issue and had me running pain -free within a month. Whether you need rehab or conditioning, this place is amazing. Thank you, Jason!

This is the best place to go for a massage in Long Beach. I've only had a massage from Jason, but I'm sure the rest of the staff are just as wonderful. I've tried massage from so many different practitioners over the years and Jason is truly gifted. So just by association, I'm sure everyone else here is probably just as great! Be sure to try the cupping therapy, or their infrared sauna.

I visited sacred roots after a friend recommend Jason for a shoulder injury that I had been dealing with for 6 months. The experience was calming, enjoyable and most importantly, after one session my shoulder was completed healed and I am back to do what I love - surfing. I highly (and already have to a few friends) recommend Jason and Sacred Roots to anyone who want to heal their body and live up to their potential. I plan to come back every 1 or 2 months to get body work moving forward.
