I have been studying and practicing Thai massage since 2008. A solo trip to SE Asia in 2001 brought me to Thailand for 2 glorious months where I experienced Thai massage for the first time. The seed was planted. When I moved to Portland I found my main teacher Nephyr Jacobsen at The Naga Center and immersed myself in her teachings. I am grateful for the knowledge and skills she has passed on. The tools and techniques of Thai massage allow me to affect therapeutic and long-lasting change for my clients with great efficiency. My ultimate goal is to help heal to the best of my ability: to move a client from ill health to wellness, injury to recovery, pain-filled to pain-free, as quickly as possible.I have been studying traditional Thai massage since 2008 and have been practicing therapeutic Thai bodywork as an LMT since 2011. I have found Thai massage to be a deeply holistic, rejuvenating, and effective form of bodywork to treat stress, inflexibility, and pain.

Therapeutic, effective bodywork treatments for: chronic pain, athletes/weekend warriors, injuries/new pain, ​limited flexibility, stress ​The bodywork I do is medically-oriented and highly therapeutic. I approach each session with an intention to hone in on the source of the concern and do all that I can to alleviate it. I specialize in deep, intensive work that helps release adhesions or "knots", muscle tension, trigger points, and chronic aches and pains. If you are looking for the kind of massage that "hurts so good" (with a good dose of love) then you have come to the right place. Situations where this is the best course of treatment include "office worker's syndrome", tension headaches, tight muscles, and knots that won't go away. I also offer therapeutic, nurturing massage for times when "digging in there" is not called for.
