I decided to open Pittman PT in the Town of Collierville in 2007 with a focus on treating the people not patients. I became a Certified Mulligan Practitioner in 2007 which emphasizes manual therapy for the treatment of all orthopedic conditions. I earned my certification in Spinal Manipulative Therapy in 2010 and became Certified in Dry Needling in 2011. I earned my Functional Movement Taping Certification in 2016 as well as a certification in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization in 2017. I became certified in cupping and further credentialed in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization in 2018.Pittman Physical Therapy was founded in 2007 by Jeremy Pittman with little more than a folding table, his wife Hope working the front desk, and a vision to do things differently. After starting his career at Campbell Clinic in 1998 and later running Memphis Physical Therapy, Jeremy saw firsthand how corporate layers and red tape often got in the way of truly personalized care. He launched Pittman PT to build a high-touch, high-tech practice that puts patients first, delivers better outcomes, and treats team members like family—not numbers. Today, that same mission drives everything we do.
